This past June I went to see the Grand Canyon in Las Vegas with my husband. My husband paid by credit card several weeks in advance and purchased tickets for a helicopter ride with Grand Canyon Tours. Well, let me tell you that the whole experience was a big scam because once we got to our hotel and called them to verify that the next day they would pick us up from there, they said that our tickets were cancelled because they ran out of space on their planes. What a complete scam! I mean if there was no room, why did they accept our credit card and send us this confirmation email? We could have easily booked with one of their competitors for even a cheaper price. As you can see they charged us $529.98, which is not a small amount for two people. In any event, when we asked to speak to the supervisor to complain, there was no supervisor available to speak with and there was no one to take responsibility for their actions. My best advice is not to book with them! Check out their email receipt!

Cancellations outside of 48 hours prior to pick-up time will result in a $35.00 per person processing fee. For cancellations inside of 48 hours from pick-up there will be no refund.
